Have you completed the Navigating Healing and Finding Centre (NHFC) program and are looking for continued support along the way?

You’re not alone. Our monthly NHFC Graduate Group offers a welcoming space to stay connected, strengthen resilience, and continue building on the tools and skills learned during the program.

Led by the Veteran Family Program Coordinator, this in-person monthly group is designed exclusively for those who have completed the NHFC program, with priority registration for individuals eligible for the Veteran Family Program (VFP).

Through peer check-ins, open discussion, themed conversations, and informal connection, participants can continue fostering healing in a safe, understanding, and supportive environment. Healing doesn’t end when the program does, and neither should support.

Poursuivez votre cheminement de guérison grâce au soutien, aux liens et à la communauté.

Avez-vous terminé le programme Comment guérir et trouver un centre (CGTC) et cherchez-vous un soutien continu pour poursuivre votre cheminement?

Vous n’êtes pas seul(e). Notre groupe mensuel pour diplômés du CGTC offre un espace accueillant pour rester en contact, renforcer la résilience et continuer à développer les outils et compétences acquis pendant le programme.

Animé par la coordonnatrice du Programme pour les familles des vétérans, ce groupe mensuel en personne est conçu exclusivement pour les diplômés du CGTC, avec priorité d’inscription pour les personnes admissibles au Programme pour les familles des vétérans (PFV).

Grâce à des échanges entre pairs, des discussions ouvertes, des thèmes guidés et des moments de connexion informels, les participants peuvent poursuivre leur guérison dans un environnement sécuritaire, bienveillant et compréhensif. La guérison ne s’arrête pas à la fin du programme, et le soutien non plus.
